Description
Popular good-sized first floor flat in character converted barn with superb sea views. The flat is accessed by an external wooden staircase up to a timber balcony with own garden furniture. Enter into the lounge/diner with kitchen area and double bed-settee. Also off the lounge diner are the two twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms.

Utilities
Centrally heated. Electricity and gas are included in the cottage price quoted.

Changeover
Changeover day is a Friday during high season and busy periods. However the changeover day can be varied during low season.

Other
There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player in the lounge.
All linen is included in the cottage price shown. Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge.
Your bags are transported to and from the boat free of charge.
Groceries can be pre-ordered and will be delivered to your cottage on arrival. There is a small grocery shop situated in the Mermaid Tavern.
There is a coin operated laundry located in the Manor Village and at the pine log cabins.
