Description
A spacious, comfortable and airy first floor flat in a barn conversion. Courtyard and rooftop views only.  Accessed from communal cobbled courtyard by external wooden stairs to small balcony with table and chairs. Enter into hallway with doors off to twin bedroom, two bathrooms and small airing cupboard. Door into single walk-through bedroom leading into spacious triple bedroom plus a pull-out single bed. Door off hallway into large lounge/diner leading to a small galley kitchen.

Utilities
Centrally heated. Electricity and gas are included in the cottage price quoted.

Changeover
Changeover day is a Wednesday during high season and busy periods. However the changeover day can be varied during low season.

Other
There is a flat screen TV with set-top box in the lounge.
All linen is included in the cottage price shown. Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge.
Your bags are transported to and from the boat free of charge.
Groceries can be pre-ordered and will be delivered to your cottage on arrival. There is a small grocery shop situated in the Mermaid Tavern.
There is a coin operated laundry located in the Manor Village and at the pine log cabins.
