    Main course: 
    Herm Tipsy Chicken - Pan-fried chicken breast with mushroom & brandy sauce, garlic new potatoes and tenderstem broccoli.
    Dessert: 
    Guernsey white chocolate & Baileys crème brûlée with Guernsey cream, served with homemade shortbread.

  • Sunday Lunch: (Optional extra)
