The Conservatory Restaurant
The Conservatory restaurant offers first class dining with the freshest local produce and a daily changing specials menu (please see samples in our downloads section below). The Conservatory boasts uninterrupted sea views across to Guernsey and offers glorious sunsets. We only take reservations for evening sailing bookings (pre-booking essential) and large group / corporate events.
The Travel Trident ferry operates a dinner service (subject to demand) from May to September, departing from Guernsey at 7pm and returning from Herm at 10.45pm.

The Hotel has an extensive wine list, professionally and passionately compiled by Liberation Group and supplied by Bibendum, the UK's leading wine distributor and premium wine specialist.
Guests are requested to please respect the smart / casual dress code – please no ripped jeans, trainers, track suits or flip flops.
