A small but popular first floor apartment of a two storey cottage situated opposite St Tugual’s church, accessed by separate external steps. A large entrance lobby leads to a twin/double bedroom, bathroom and the lounge/diner. The lounge is light and airy with a double sofa bed and an open fire. The kitchen is just off the lounge/diner. Rooftop views only.
